Very problematic to deal with
Very problematic to deal with
You have to speak to different companies to make a booking at Great Fosters hotel rather than deal with the hotel direct
Tried to make bookings for Christmas and have gone round in circles when trying to book a stay for 9 people!
Different prices advertised
I requested a phone call because emails were taking too long to be replied to but received nothing
I then called and was told that the booking I’d reserved the day before was no longer an option!
I asked to speak a manager and he was just as unhelpful and kept repeating the same thing over and again like a robot!
Terrible company to deal with.
